It looks and feels warming, is stabilising and has a uniquely friendly and welcoming energy whilst bringing courage and confidence.It is an ancient protection stone and was used to protect the dead on their journey and helps us to accept the cycles of life, including death. Carnelian helps to release anger, stress and trauma and heals the subtle bodies. Its association with the 2^nd, Sacral Chakra can kindle creativity, increase and restore vitality and motivation and help us find our get-up-and-go when it seems to have disappeared!
