Refund Policy
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any item, please email us within 14 days of receipt to let us know and to discuss exchange/return options.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
If an item is returned, it must be packed well to prevent damage during transit and must be received by us in the same condition that you received it.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
