The distinctive apple green colour of most Chrysoprase (occasionally lemon) hints at its calming, harmonising energies. It can help to calm the mind, bringing relaxation, deep rest and peaceful sleep. It lifts oppressive and recurrent images preventing nightmares, especially in children and can help with claustrophobia. It is also a very creative stone, drawing out our talents and is associated with good luck and success.

Chrysoprase energises the heart and sacral chakras and brings universal energy into the physical body. It heals the inner child, releasing emotions locked in since childhood.

Overcoming compulsive or impulsive thoughts and actions, it turns your attention to positive events.  It stimulates acceptance of oneself and others, releasing judgement, and can help to bring forgiveness and compassion.
