This is an intriguing piece of Natural Blue Lace Agate, presumably part of a geode, due to the natural fold which looks like part of a cavern. The banding is barely noticeable making the fabulous blue colour stand out. It sits flat  on two edges and also has hints of a dragon shape.

Blue Lace Agate is one of the best crystals for communication and the throat. It encourages speaking up, if you find it difficult, and helps whatever is said to be expressed kindly. It is a perfect stone for Mercury retrograde, when communication can be difficult. Its pale blue banding brings a cooling, nurturing and comforting energy and helps to reveal hidden messages.

Placing it anywhere on the body where there is excess energy, cools and calms it and it helps to calm the emotions, the mind and the eyes, especially through gazing at its layers and patterns. Placing a large piece by your bed can help to overcome restlessness, and wearing it in a necklace helps with the throat chakra.
