Rutilated Quartz is also known as Angel Hair and is recognisable by the golden strands in the clear quartz. The rutile can sometimes be silver, but this is much more rare. There are sometimes Tourmaline strands too. 

Rutilated Quartz is stabilising and encourages feeling safe and secure, fostering developing inner security and as such, is the stone that I most recommend if this resonates and particularly for strong Taurean energies in a chart that bring this as a karmic challenge.
