K2 derives its name from Mount K2, the world’s second highest mountain, where it was found in the foothills. It is a high vibration crystal that, as its name and location suggests, can take you to heights, opening the third eye and gaining insights from that higher perspective. The matrix that the beautiful blue/green spots are in, helps to ground those insights and help you to gain a clear perspective without floating off. A beautiful and rare crystal. There has been much debate about the beautiful blue crystal/mineral included in K2, and the majority opinion comes back to it being Azurite.

This is a very tactile thumbstone, which was a bit shy of being photographed, the true colour, with a darker matrix, is as shown in the photograph with the cream background.
