Probably the best-kept crystal secret, is that Shungite is not just a fantastic healing too and great for water filtering and grounding and protecting, but it is also hugely energetic and is excellent at creating a neutral, zero-point. Try putting a piece in your pocket, or one in each, or sit with a piece at your Base Chakra. They are also perfect for gridding a space - try three in a triangle or four in a square.
