Morion is the name given to darkest of Smoky Quartz, black or almost black, giving it a dense and hugely grounding and protective feel. In addition, it can help to access, ground and release shadow emotions. They can almost have the look of Obsidian or Tourmaline due to their colouring and share similar properties due to this. However, they are not as direct as Tourmaline nor as mirroring as Obsidian, giving a gentler but nonetheless effective energy.
